OMG! TEN DAYS! i have so much to do before then. i think i'm going to get my stuff for shipping together today. then i'm going to start making piles of clothes. yes, it's that time already...

for those of you who think i just sit and bitch all day long, i finally sent an e-mail to margaret wente of the globe to let her know how infuriating i find her columns (most notably her 9/11 column which just made me livid for two full days). she wrote me back to let me know that i had permission to throw the paper at the wall whenever she made me mad. she was actually quite considerate and kind which makes it even harder for me to hate her columns. i must say though, that i found her column this weekend about a giant cucumber and gardening dilemnas to be wonderfully trite, useless but lovely. it's nice to see columnists take tangents every so often.
