Where do we go from here? Today begins the first day of my very own blog. Who would have guessed that after such a long period of virtual non-existance, I would appear. Anyway, welcome to Virtually Normal. The title comes from a great book of the same name by the former editor of The New Republic, Andrew Sullivan. That book discusses the argument permutations available to society in dealing with homosexuality. This web-blog will most likely feature a similar series of rants on the way in which society works and how we can interact with it.

My parents tell me that they were concerned when I was little that I was taking so long to talk. However, when I first spoke, it came in paragraphs. Here, too, you'll probably find I say too much, reveal too little and basically banter abstractly and esoterically (isn't just using the word esoteric esoteric in and of itself?).
