if felt very unfringe as we made our made to the last fringe show of the season (held over for an additional week). i can completely understand how this show sold out every day for its two week run. Slip Knot by TJ Dawes was OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was so funny and so touching and so well-produced... wow! My fringe is complete and it ended on the best note possible...

andrea has abandoned me at work to get some stuff on her illusive "paper". i know not of what she speaks- i just know that i'm at work and i'm bored and there's no one to make fun jokes with!

the debates on gay marriage have been providing for some interesting arguments. yesterday's globe had a great article by two mcgill profs who are suggesting that a chilly climate of political correctness has surrounded this issue, stunting effective debate. i found their point very compelling and must say that i would hate to see canada move towards gay marriage as a result of capitulation to a stronger lobby. i would like canada to adopt it because it reflects our values and our sense of equality. william johnson also had a great church/state division article in today's globe. very well written, in my humble opinion...

today is the day of reckoning :) steel grey here i come. anyone who is so committed to the cause of preventing this "disaster" can chain themselves to edward carriere before 9 pm
