today i am thankful that john collier and mike warner are alive. i will remember september 11th as the day I was reminded of the importance of my friends and family. so, in that spirit, i want all my friends and family members to know how much i love and care about them. i believe this is a better legacy than a war for oil, bitter resentment or increased isolation from the world in which we live.

tomorrow i will be in new york.
