My apologies to David but it appears that the new Star Wars movie sucks ass. I think Rick Groen's review in today's Globe was potentially the funniest thing I've ever read in my life. My favorite quote is "You don't have to like a franchise to admire its strengths. Chief among them is consistency. Order the fries from McDonald's or the Billy bookcase from Ikea or the latest Star Wars issue from the George Lucas warehouse, and you can always bank on the outcome. Anyway, I don't have tickets yet and even the populist critics are saying bad things. Oh well.
